||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At the point of sale i was told that based on my purchase amount (over $600) that if i signed up for a rewards membership i would get $120 of in store credit, $30 for each $150 spent. Turns out this was not a valid promotion and after spending ours on the phone with customer service, was told to go in store to correct the issue. The store could not correct the issue or even cancel my rewards membership as it had been past 30 days. Now im still waiting for customer support to cancel and refund my membership.

Why am I being charged for a cancelled order

However I’m being charged $50 with no explanation for this charge. I have this tv downstairs and it goes on and offline frequently. Very frustrating

He stated that I would receive a $50 coupon that could be cashed in so the 49.99 membership fee would be a wash. I quizzed him about this again and even came back the next day and confirmed with him that this information was correct. When the coupon arrived, it cannot be cashed out. And it was only good for about 3 weeks. After all of this, I see no value in having a membership. None of the items that they offer at a discount are items I would want to purchase. DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCHEME.
