To get that done. I can understand if I walked in off the street with a phone I had purchased elsewhere but not from the people it was purchase from. Just another way to get money..

Whoever Best Buy uses for delivery is god awful. I asked for delivery to a business and the delivery service was going to leave the items on their stoop at 5:20 on a Friday night when the business was closed at 5:00. This happened twice. Took me weeks to get the proper order delivered and had to purchase more expensive iPads because the lesser expensive model was not available when the order was finally taken care of. They would not credit me even though the problem was all there fault

When I bought something at the store the manager said that what I was buying would go on sale and that I would get the discounted difference back; but, it never went on sale and I just wasted an extra $50 for basically nothing. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is there could be some value add if I only bought stuff from Best Buy but I don't so...

I believe the old Best Buy loyalty program was better when you got points automatically for making purchases and you could cash them in. This new program costs $50 which was not worth it to me because the dishwasher did not go down in price after I purchased it. Also, I don't think it's worth the money.
