In my honest opinion

The one thing that went right was the delivery; the unit was not broken; however it was a day early. They were not prepared for the installation (the office had not forwarded to the installation/delivery crew any of the request I had made). In the end I had to get an external electrician to finish the installation. I left messages, voicemails, spoke with numerous customer representatives and got no joy...NOR did anyone get back to me over my complaint!! Great TV, great price; it stops right there!!

I was under the impression that I had only the credit card. I tried to contact customer service numerous times to correct the matter but was unsuccessful. The next thing I know is that decreased my 4000.00 credit limit down to a few hundred dollars with no explanation. I open the card in 2023 to buy appliance for almost 5000.00 and paid off the balance in full 2 months later. It makes no sense for them to decrease my credit limit based on a misunderstanding.
