However, the membership did not help the poor service. Our most recent incident involve a washer and dryer installation. They installed the washer and dryer and placed the dryer door to open into the washing machine area. We asked them to just move the door to the other side, so when you opened it we could unload the clothes from the washer into the dryer. The guy said this is how the door came and to do that will require another visit and a cost. To simply put the door on the other side will probably take that crew five minutes at best. The audacity to say another visit which means I would have to take another day off at work for the 8 to 4 installation time to put the door on the other side is, unacceptable. In Short, the membership does not add anything to the poor Service already offered. Save your money. I hope others had a better experience.
