They told me I had to go to the store. There was no button for them to lower it again. Then the store told me I had to call. I called back several different times and didn't get anywhere. They said they were gonna email me, but I never got an email back. Still waiting to find out if I'm getting the lowest price.

Every time I’ve needed help with an issue like price adjustment or exchange the agent/sales associate has no power to resolve the issue. Their system is not set up to be flexible or logical.
