I got it for a year when I bought my phone because it saved me the same amount that I paid for it. I thought why not maybe I'll see another deal come up and save a few bucks. Absolutely nothing all year. It seems designed to get you and then make you forgot it was on autorenew. Terrible all the way around.

We used the $60 towards a TV which was defective and had to be returned. When we returned the TV we were told the $60 worth of certificates would be returned in a few days. They were not. After 1 chat and 3 phone conversations we were told the $60 worth of certificates would be returned in a matter of weeks. They were not. After our 4th and latest phone conversation we were told the $60 worth of certificates would not be returned. Best Buy sold us a defective TV and we lost $60 worth of certificates that we could have used toward another purchase.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i first got it, it did save me a hundred dollars after the paid membership, but after that all you get is about a 5 % savings for most items that they offer, most of items are not real value. a lot of items you can get CHEAPER at other stores. You REALLY have to watch what your buying because they inflate their prices, thinking your getting a good deal ! I will NOT renew my membership so i would NOT recommend this to anyone unless you can use it to your advantage, like i did for my 1st purchase.
