Worth having membership with the extra dollars to have

This membership was nice to have. I saved money on several products during my membership. I would recommend if you dont mind paying the membership fee up front.

If you want/need the 60 day return window, then this membership is probably worth the $50. It's almost like insurance, giving you more time to gain experience with your purchases before making the final decision on whether you keep it or not.

With the extra discounts and the peace of mind with the extended return policy, I feel it’s well worth the cost.

I love the cash back benefits. This card was easy to open and easy to understand the terms. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is I got the card that you can make purchases elsewhere and I was not informed that there would be interest charged immediately on them. They have the 12 month interest free for purchases made at Best Buy, which I love. Overall a great card and the only one I’m going to keep out of the credit cards I own.

I like the prices given with the my best buy plus membership, but on the other hand I have found prices that are the same, the only benefit so far is being able to return products past the period if I did not have the membership but I do not use that anyway so I am not sure if I will renew. I think I recommend if I was buying often.

I haven't been able to take advantage of this membership. They only give 2 weeks to return a cell phone. I thought it was 60 days. So it's a little dissappointing. I'm hoping I can learn to like this cell phone soon. I was very satisfied with Avery`s help in the store cell phone department. He cleared several phones problems.

My Best Buy Plus has been totally worth it. The free shipping, exclusive deals, and extended return window have already saved me money and made shopping easier. Definitely a solid membership if you buy from Best Buy even a few times a year.

You really don’t get anything special for being a reward member. We were supposed to get $50 to use on the next purchase and we needed a dryer the next day and we didn’t get it for 60 days.

The Best Buy experience with consult,purchase, and installation has been excellent. I’ve been surprised at how well different departments have communicated to insure our home theater upgrade was completed on time and minimal hassles.

the salesperson sold this to us, telling us how "easy it is to cancel if we don't end up using it". TOTAL LIE. I'm sure they get a bonus or something every time they sell one of these "memberships". YOU CANNOT CANCEL ONLINE. YOU CANNOT CANCEL IN STORE. AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE TO CANCEL. TOTAL SCAM. I will be disputing with my credit card company. In this day and age nothing should be this difficult, but they make it difficult on purpose so you are stuck paying for something even if you never use it. Due to this I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH BEST BUY AGAIN.

I was so thrilled to get this membership! The value is beyond what I expected. And the bonus was that I immediately needed to use it. My purchase was delivered & turns out had a manufacturer defect. Best Buy had a replacement to me within days! My husband was in the hospital seriously ill and Best Buy took care of everything. I had very little to do in the exchange!

Best buy is my #1 store when it comes to appliances and electronics, so having this perk was a no brainer !
