The membership is notwhat i thought it was. I thoug by t it was something different

just needed a new gas dryer, bought dryer, washer and 2 pedestals, installtion also, and plus on the 27th was supposed to get install the next thursday, the dryer was sold to someone else (nobody at best buy to me that) went to the store at day one employee said the dryer was in Texas, another one said it was there but just had paperwork issue, finally got it installed on the 17th . Things happen but someone should told me the truth. Guess where I Won't buy another applianc at.

Have not used it yet but hoping to get valuable discounts!

Excellent and atleast I saved 20 dollers on purchase

My wife is very very hearing impaired even with hearing aids. She was there with my sister purchased a I Pad and did not understand that the membership was auto renew, We do not want auto renew, same day we talked to two guys at the register and they tried to delete it with no success, I also chatted on line and also on the phone with no success, we are long time customers and have purchased Tv's, computers Two I Pads and a lot of odds and ends They will not cancel the Membership !

Purchase Plus membership when I purchased by 75" TV but really haven't used it since.

In a perfect world, everyone would have a return policy like Costco’s, but I guess that’s what the membership fee is for.

A manager at the Golden Colorado Best Buy told me to buy this service to extend the amount of time I have in order to return a product. He described it as an insurance policy if the item broke or I just needed more time to return to the out and return an item. The critical component of the conversation he left out was it’s a reoccurring yearly service you pay for year over year. Clearly Best Buy employees are incentivized to sell this membership and this particular manager made no mention of that. Deceptive customer service.

I never saw all the promised benefits of special sales and discounts. I felt the membership was useless (past my initial purchase). Had I known I could get a refund, I would have cancelled long before only 3 weeks left.

After purchasing two iPads I received a $90 reward certificate. Sounds great but Best Buy won’t allow me to use the certificate in smaller increments. I just want to purchase a smaller item now and another item that’s out of stock at a later date but they won’t allow it. Store refers me to online customer service but that’s a nightmare because the operators don’t fully understand my problem and tell me their supervisor does not take phone calls. All I want is the certificate to be broken up in smaller increments or give me credit for value not spent. I’m not asking for anything extra. I’m planning on contacting someone at corporate but store seemed to indicate I will be wasting my time. I guess I’ll just return the iPads and purchase elsewhere where I can get rewards from a competitor or rewards on another credit card. I would appreciate if someone with common sense at Best Buy would contact me.
