Every time i go to the store to buy i ask for the member discount, there is no discount. I think i made a mistake in joining. Not even discount for veterans. If the company doesn't make any small change in this program to at least five percent or higher they may be no need to continue with this member program.

For one - , the sales person added this so called membership to my bill WITHOUT ASKING OR TELLING ME. When I questione it, he told me I could cancel it online. So I went home, cancelled it but not the entire amound was credited because some of the membership was used (I cancelled it within 2 hours of purchase). NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM BEST BUY. THEY ARE THEIVES
