I ordered 3 appliances from you and had an install date only to be told it would be July before one of them would be delivered. So I cancelled the order. Then I ended up needing a microwave and was to receive that in a couple days and was told that was going to be postponed. So j cancelled again. Each time the charges were taken off my card but both times they still charged a $10 fee which I reluctantly paid both times. So not impressed with your service. I used to buy all electronics, appliances, etc. But never again.

Drops are good sometimes but overall the member benefits are not as good as I had anticipated.

Won’t renew, not worth the price for items we needed. To few small items qualify for discount.

Not happy to receive a used microwave and had to wait four weeks for new one. Quite surprised by that.

two weeks after purchasing My Best Buy plus membership goes on sale for half price. Contact best buy for a price match but this membership is not included under the price match policy. So far not impressed, but we will see.

As I have explained to online chat and the manager at the store. The sales rep that sold this membership to me stated after I did not want to purchase it that I should get it to get refunded if what I bought goes on sale for price match THEW THE HOLIDAYS come to find out it end 11/21. I am very disappointed that I was 1 lied to and misinformed and 2. I have yet to recieve any response to resolving this issue. The chat agent could not help and told me to go to see store manager that I bought from. I went to manager at Manchester ct store and they could not help me and that someone would call me. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PHONE CALL Called the corporate number and they could not help me either. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF YOUR STORES EVER AGIAN.

Honestly, feel a little duped into purchasing this membership. we were told an item was going to be on Black Friday sale and that by purchasing this membership we could return it for a price match within the allowable time, but that item did not go on Black Friday sale, so we are stuck with this membership. We ultimately purchased the item at a competitor that did have it on sale.

I was told three times by the associate that the membership was not auto renewal. I said if it was, I didn’t want it. I was assured three times that it was not auto renewal. Well guess what? It is. I cancelled. He lied to me when asked a specific question and I don’t appreciate being lied to.

I have had no product needs since joining. I cannot say how helpful this program may be.

I appreciate getting free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. However, the exclusive savings events don't have a wide enough range of products, and the discounts are deep enough to justify giving up $50 a year. If Best Buy wants money up front, they should give better offers and discounts to members of these programs.

I recently purchased a ssd card, wd-sn850p, for 194.99 and no discount was available for this item. When I joined the Best Buy Plus program I was told that a discount would apply on future purchases. Not so.

Longer return time and a lot more membership deals.

To have been a Best Buy customer and card holder for as long as I have, I would have expected to have been treated differently with my problem with my purchase. I still have not received a response after 3 requests. I even went in the Trussville store and got no help from them.
