Waste of Money

I didn't really see any savings even tho I bought a TV, game controller, FitBit, DVD player & toaster oven/air fryer. Don't need 60-day return instead of 30 - I'll know before then if I don't want something.

Please note that delivery normally includes dropping off the unit and there is options for set up or mounting for certain products that would be additional. Customer support is non existent. The store directory on the website gives specific phone numbers for specific stores, but just automatically forwards your call to a remote agent and they are unable or unwilling to actually put you in contact with anyone locally. It comes as no surprise they are failing as a business. Cancelled the subscription as soon as i realized they were completely useless.

I bought a tv for my mom. At that time we were asked if we wanted the extended warranty. When quoted the price, we were told $180. She said yes. We were not told and I did not notice until getting an email that what we actually purchased was a *BB Plus* membership for $50 and then 5 year geek squad protection for $130. While it does total the $180 quoted, the store failed to mention that the $50 is a yearly fee that will continue every year to be charged to my card until I cancel. I feel that that should have been more straight forward.
