Could not use the reward certificate that purchase earned because it expired before Best Buy IT could correct problems with my new account and one that was still in their system from a purchase made over a decade ago.

I paid more than called for and earlier than called for each month for the first four months. Then i paid more than called for but a couple of days past due date and instead of taking into account that i had paid more than what was due and ahead of when was due, they slapped with 31 dollar late fee. I then paid off the balance plus their late fee and canceled the card. I dont need or want to do business with company that will jump to charge a late fee when i was paying ahead all along.
