||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this membership a year ago found out that it’s a waste of money there’s not a real big benefit from it it’s more of a way of Best Buy getting a free $50 every year from members their original Free membership was a lot better he felt like we wanted to spend more money to keep at a higher membership level having the different tiers of elite member and so forth I am not interested in renewing my membership I feel I could use that 50 bucks purchasing something from Best Buy or using it elsewhere. Also, it puts you guys putting your employees to have to try to sell this membership which isn’t useful for many customers. It’s not right to try to trick customers into purchasing something that is wasteful to so many people.

I accepted the membership as the value of the purchase I was making at the time offered gave a substantial discount to Best Buy Plus members. Therefore I joined. I hope to utilize the other benefits, but if I don't, I think I still got a good deal.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was convinced by management at BestBuy when I bought my Nintendo Switch 2 that if I signed up for BestBuy Plus I would be given points from this purchase towards my account. This was a lie. The deal on the site appears to only be for Switch accessories, not for the console itself despite the management at this location informing me otherwise. The benefits of this service do not convince me it is worth it. Having to spend a lot of money ON ONLY SPECIFIC THINGS to get any worth out of it.
