I made a purchase after joining plus. The two day shipping is a joke. It’s been two days and they haven’t shipped it yet. Also I ordered over a thousand dollars so I was supposed to receive a $100 reward for using card as a plus member they gave me a $50 reward instead. I am probably caneling my membership.

I don't use it enough to make it worthwhile. But if you shop a lot at Best Buy it's a great deal!

Received no benefit for my rewards membership on our recent purchase of 2 appliances totaling $2300. Dont see the benefit of the membership. Anybody else would get the same black friday deal. Not impressed. Not sure why we buy everything through you guys. Between me and my fiance we have spent well over $10 thousand on appliances, phones and computers. We get no benefit from that.

Discontinued membership as I could not justify the 49.99 fee. Was told that it offered protection against our tv purchase price going lower than what we paid. Realized that this was not going to happen. No other use of it.

I was rushed, Fast talked with lots of tech jargon and came out with an $800. phone. When I got home and had time to think about it I decided to take it back. The sales people make returning the phone very difficult. I had to go back several times. If you think I'm just a difficult customer, a woman who was buying a phone right next to me was also returning a phone. I also canceled my account.

Your Geek squad in Goodlettsville is horrible. They repeatedly gave me the wrong information and then laughed in my face when I asked them to take the incorrect product back. Then they all ran into the back office to hide literally because I took my phone camera out. The manager asked her employee about what the store policy was. Bizarre that she didn't know herself and could not interpret the policy when the mistake was by Best Buy. And then, I later found out, they were still recommending that I purchase another item of the wrong product - telling me my product was not working because it was broken. They even suggested I would have to send my brand new IPAD back to apple for repair. They have no idea what they are doing or selling.

[Employee of bestbuy] Purchased this membership before a big purchase so I'd have 60 days to return should I find out I find out I don't like the product, however, it doesn't show I'm a member....I can even see the transaction in past purchases but apparently never connected to my account. So now I get to deal with navigating through the horrible call center, which is never a good time, to get it fix..

Best purchase I have ever did! I am very satisfied!
