I gave them all my information but they treated it as a new account even though i already had a login so now i cant even access my membership. I tried to get it resolved with the online chat and they said they would fix it but that was just a lie. I went to the store and a very angry and rude security gaurd told me there is no customer service and i would need to make an appointment to speak to anybody. It is a real shame because I need a new kitchen and a new washer/dryer but I will not be shopping there.
