I didn’t want this membership at all and was forced to purchase it as a condition of needing to return a microwave that my contractor said wouldn’t fit in my kitchen cabinet box. It renews automatically, so even though I’ve never used it Best Buy keeps taking my money. Pretty unethical. I’m over companies making us have a membership and a credit card and an online account….it’s way too much of a relationship just to occasionally buy things.

I do a lot of business with Best Buy. The biggest reason I shop at Best Buy is the hassle free exchange, returns, and ease of online price match. With the Plus membership, you get a 2 month window to exchange or return items. However, I was not allow to return an item last week because, apparenlty, I had been flagged for too many returns. I return plenty of items before, multiple times without any problems. Had I know that there's now a limit on return, I would not had purchased the Plus membership. What good is a 2 month return period if I'm not allow to return? For this reason, I will not be renewing my membership.

Might be a good deal for some, but, not a real value for my needs.

I was going to avoid reviewing this. But since BB spams my email to review here we go. It’s not worth it. I will not be renewing. I subscribed because BB was offering buy 2 get 1 on video games for members. That lasted like 3 months and they pulled it. So for me it’s not worth the renewal.

It’s good if buying big ticket items. Can save money over time

Some sort of decent prices. Not the best, not the worst.

I was told it would "save me money". I have not bought enough to see if that was the case.

I will try this offer and rate it later to see to determine it's value.

The only real benefit I received is lower price protection after the purchase of our new TV. I did receive money back when the price was lowered a few weeks later. I also got $50 credit but that perk expired after too short a time. Not sure I will re-up and certainly hope this is not set to auto-renew.

Unless there's a specific deal that saves you more than the cost of membership, not sure this is worth it. Mostly just seems like a way to try to extract recurring revenue from customers up front on the hope of getting a deal. Doubt I'd renew unless there was an immediate payback on something I wanted to buy in the future.

I am a big fan of Best Buy. I live walking distance from one. But the best buy plus hasn't been a value purchase for me. I was expecting more member deals and savings. And they just didn't materialize.

Not a great value. When the cashier explain this to me it seemed to have considerably more features than it does and just isn't worth the value.

it's ok to have this membership but it should be free for valued customers.

So far this hasn't benefitted me AT ALL! I buy a lot of little stuff, like UPS backup (Cyberpower), HP Ink/Toner, Galaxy S24+ accessories, USB cables, various adaptors, etc. It's been 2 months... still waiting!!! If you're like me, then don't buy until you're going to buy a TV or something.

Not sure what I am to say - you charged me 49.99 and never delivered what I ordered and paid for. The salesman seemed to care when I informed him but could not do anything about it. The customer advocate also could not do anything about it as he cannot change schedules. So, I canceled my order(Over $4000) got a refund and also canceled my Best Buy Plus.

My initial reason to try it is I order a lot of BluRay-4K, well it seems the express shipping does not apply to movies, had it been clear? I most likely would not have purchased and most likely will not renew. Everything else such as electronics are usually curbside from my local BB, if not? the basic free shipping is usually 3-5 days which is fine.

Sales person convinced me to buy this by feeling me about all the perks I can have-I just needed to cancel it after getting the perks. They didn’t tell me that I had to have a Bear Buy Credit card to benefit from the perks, and knew that I didn’t have one when I bought it. Classic bait and switch. I will be avoiding Bear Buy in the future.

I never got the price credit when the item dropped $100 in price.
