I don’t see any difference. The price is the same for every body else.

I purchased this membership given the $50 gift card. The salesman cleverly failed to mention that I had to spend $500+ to use the $50. If I had known that I would not have purchased it. Shame on Best Buy!!

I purchased this membership based on a recommendation from a Best Buy associate. I had originally planned to purchase a washer and dryer from Best Buy and use this plus membership and benefits therein. The plus membership only applies to certain products and there is no return on investment if you cannot purchase an exact item under this plan. I ended up finding a cheaper washer and dryer (same brand and model) at another location and decided to purchase there (Lowe’s). I would not recommend purchasing this membership unless you know for a fact it will benefit you in some way.

I was extorted into buying this plan when I tried to return a lemon laptop that I had purchased a few week prior. Best Buy told me that the only way I could return it was if I bought this membership. I’m pretty sure that they were lying but the laptop was defective and I didn’t want to have an argument. It’s unfortunate that Best Buy doesn’t stand by its products and then chooses to force people to pay to return them. This is the complete opposite approach that a slowly-dying retailer should take. I will no longer shop at Best Buy, just like many other customers have decided.

Good value, used when I bought my iMac desktop computer.

Customer service is terriable ordered a 100 tv waited 3-4 they sent email it was ready for pickup rent trailer to drive 70 miles to pick up to be told very rudely by store mgr it wasn’t there an it was my prob he had no idea when would went home ordered from amazon had it delivered to my house in 3 days an 100 dollars cheaper

Was scammed into buying it by an associate. Told me there would be rebates for if the price fell after purchase. Not only did the price not fall but I don't think the rebate system exists. So far, I have not gotten a discount or reward on anything. Don't buy, just shop around and find somewhere that has the same price as the membership deal (there will always be a way without needing a crappy membership).

It’s great to have if you shop at BB a lot. Same you money on warranty.

Not much advantages with this membership. Need more benefits.

I haven't been using much, but when i need it the offers and benefits are worth it.

We have the most expensive plan, we also got this plan as I needed a credit card and the main person on the other account couldn’t Now I got credits to me, one appliance had to be changed out due to damaged and it messed up all the certificates and is no longer covered under better plan I’ve spent hours and hours trying to resolve It would have been cheaper to pay full price if you factor in my time and things are still not resolved! Awful awful experience multiple times!!!

Honestly I have never used it. I don't feel it is worth it.

I seldom use this. We don't live near a Best Buy store.

Got charge an extra $50 by installers. We were told we paid in full when we purchased the microwave.

I don’t not think it was worth it. I will not be renewing it
