Would be nice if more than one winner was selected each month.

I was convinced to buy this because I needed a new dishwasher, and I couldnt wait for memorial day sales. I was told that the dishwasher would likely go on sale for memorial day, and that by purchasing the membership, I would have price protection, and I would save more money than the cost of the membership. Memorial day came, and there was no sale, so I was duped into buying this for nothing

Taking membership in the best buy was the worst decision ever a person can make. Everything is priced high compared to other products and services provided by the other company. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this membership

This membership made me save good money, but only with one item! I was lucky that it was a laptop at the high end so the price difference was big. But appart from that all other things i bought, for one reason or another, didn't have any advantage with the membership.

Your promise to match price is a joke, only when it suits you. And no real supervisor to speak with. We have cancelled our cards, our membership will not renew and we will never buy from BestBuy again

The process was invaded by a hack of some sort on your end. We no longer trust you, or your processes. Truthfully, you have always made thing very difficult. We will be cancelling our membership and credit card. Saving a few bucks is not worth the hassle. And, we know you couldn't care less.

Item drops are nice but very easy to miss. wish it offered special allocation for pre-order items like PS5 anniversary edition. Kind of hard to justify the price as it is but can be improved

I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership and, unfortunately, I do not feel it has been worth the cost. The benefits sound good in theory, but in practice I have not seen enough value or savings to justify the membership. I hope Best Buy considers improving the perks so customers feel it is a worthwhile investment.

It seems to be expensive and does not show up on the last item I bought.

The price of the membership was added on to my purchase of a new iPad. It's not worth the cost. I will cancel as soon as my year is up. I don't think it was right that I had no choice but to buy it. should be voluntary.

At first, this seemed beneficial, so I thought I’d try it out. I benefitted from a couple of perks that covered the annual cost and was able to save. However, I noticed benefits tend to change when it suits them. For example, there was a perk of buy 2 switch games, get 1 free. When I wanted to use it for the holidays, it was removed. That was one of the biggest selling points for me. I saw that they reinstated it after the holidays for a short time and then it went away again. Most of the perks are gimmicky and tailored toward getting you to pay for a discount that they would’ve offered before the program. I suggest only buying it when you need to make a large purchase and the discount covers more than the cost of the membership.

Bought yearly aplus membership in case we needed it
