I also don't feel like I've seen a difference because I bought a new phone and a PS5 and didn't save any more money than someone who didn't have a membership. Will not be renewing.

Only big discount I got with this membership was my initial purchase, which basically washed out the cost of the membership. Since my enrollment, I’ve purchased desktop computers, peripherals, headphones, monitors, and other products averaging at $100+. With all these purchases, I only received 1 reward for $5. Ridiculous! I cancelled as soon as the renew date came.

Waste of Money

Everytime I've seen a menber's only sale price i could get the same item for the same price off Amazon and get it faster. Even the two day shipping on some items is just fodder best buy added as a benefit to entice people to buy the membership. Most of the time you're only going to get 2-day shipping if an item is near by already not because of some membership. Maybe the extended return window could be a real benefit once in a blue moon but let's be honest you usually know within a day or two if you're going to return something. Save your money and don't waste it like I did on this useless membership.

Not thrilled with Best Buy

First, the credit card activation discount was not honored. The more recent problem was with the coordination of the delivery and installation of a stove. Delivery dates were changed on several occasions after we had arranged to be here. They sent the Geek Squad to deliver but were unable to install. It took me about ten hours on the phone to get the stove delivered and installed. It arrived damaged. I talked with customer service who offered a $150 gift card but they never sent it.

In order to receive credit rewards I was told by their customer service I had to have their Best Buy Credit card. I would get offers in my account but can’t use them. Had them refund me. Additionally their customer service was on wait for long periods of time. It’s not worth it.
