Regretful purchase. Perks I intended to use were removed and overall usefulness of the membership seems incredibly slim.

Mediocre not much of a plan sounds good but empty promises

There have been no savings. The credit card has no customer service, same idiotic ro-bo prompts... not the program it was sold as.

This membership has no value, online stores provide the same benefit without charging customers 50.00 The previous membership had some value especially delivery and installation however tge current one is a Total waste of money, pseudo scam, perceived value is worthless. I will not renew. Preferred pricing and extended returns are available for free elsewhere.

I got this My Best Buy Plus due to FOMO on the early black Friday sale. The same sale items were available to everyone else a few days later. I not not yet benefit from the membership at all. I think they should bring back the old program where you got elite by spending money and proving you are a loyal customer. Not everything needs to be a subscription service.

I don't see a lot of value for the membership The discounts offered are not big enough to bet out Amazon.

I don't remember purchasing it, and I don't know what it's good for. Perhaps you should promote it more.

I was told it would automatically price match the lowest price for my tv if the price dropped. It didn’t and now I paid for a horrible plus status and the tv didn’t refund me $200.

Never really use it…. Maybe once or twice a year… not really worth it to me.

I was up sold this membership when purchasing an appliance. I didn't ask for it or want it, but the sales person put it on the order under the premise of giving me $50 off my purchase. What he actually did was add the membership for $50, then take the $50 off the purchase.

I mustve spent over 10k since being a member ans i only saved $60 bucks. Horrible investment since i paid $49.99 to save $19.00. I buy 4 yr warranties so i mt hasnt changed how i do returns. The only rhing i got out of it was 2 day shipping i think. Not wnough to keep me around. I still love best buy just not the membership.

I don’t see the point of having signed up for this. I’ll be cancelling simply because…well, not sure what incentives there are that are relevant to me.

I didn’t even ask to join this. When I bought my new phone, the guy just added it on without telling me and didn’t even have the decency to help me transfer over my stuff from my old phone to new phone. Best Buy was just trying to add more money onto my bill without informing me. The transaction was incredibly rushed and the guy was not kind whatsoever.

I CANCELLED this item because it as put on my account without my permission

a casher at bestbuy in nyc put me in the system using his phon number. so I can not activate nor recess the subscription, I'm stuck! I called immediately the customer number but they admitted that they can't do anything without a valid phon number. a real scam

It is ok, the shipping options restrict my ability to add faster shipping if needed for some reason

Collecting points as a loyal customer used to be free. And 60 day return policy used to be included for people who spent enough but I guess the idea is to rip off loyal customers now.

The membership is not worth and it feels more like a scam, all the offers are for products not related to what I normally buy, I have spent a lot of money in new computers and devices and my savings for unrelated products is 16 dollars, there's no such thing of exclusive pricing on thousands of articles. So no, it's not worth to buy it

It did absolutely nothing for me. "The special deal" prices aren't really all that special. Very very sad. :(
