I got not extra for having this membership and secondly, IF I purchased one, they would either charge me extra to have the documents to have them transferred. They would If i purchased a higher membership.

The sales person said it would be like saving the price of it on my first purchase but I have never had savings on additional purchases. It’s just another thing that sucks money out but gives nothing in return that I have to keep track of.

Two days after i bought the membership they dropped the price of said item by 50 anyway. Havent had a single instance where i would have saved enough to justify the membership. Its getting out of hand with all of the plus subscriptions. None are worth the cost

Refund was sent to 2 credit cards from 5 years ago. One of which i have no idea who it waslwuth. Bestbuy refused to give me the info about This card. You lost a loyal customer.

You send me the ads/information to this email but then I try to look at the member deals and benefits and it tells me there is not an account associated with this email. Incredibly frustrating. I quit trying to use it and it has probably cost you several large purchases.

The benefits for the most part used to be part of their FREE rewards program. They had additional benefits (like people have mentioned with the video game promotions) but they got rid of most of them. Total scam!!
