Not able to cancel the membership

Access to my acount never worked online, and it was not possible to talk with a human on the phone. I had to contact my credit card to cacel it afterward.

This is after I've spent several thousand dollars with them over the past couple years. Best Buy is dishonest as they come and use them at your own risk...

Posted .Hi. Best Buy does offer a 15 day return and exchange window on most purchases and the My Best Buy Plus membership allows up to a 60 day return and exchange period. Price Matches are able to be done during this period as well. This may be why they offered the plan as you mentioned 30 days, although you can reach out for further support in store, through our website chat, Facebook Best Buy Support, X @BestBuySupport, (888)237-8289
Miss when these were "free"

I do not use it much so to me it doesn't seem worth the price. You get a little of a discount but nothing that makes the $50 worth it IMO. Maybe if you buy a ton of things it would pay for itself.

Paying to get more marketing emails

I signed up because I purchased an Xbox and there was a promo on an accessory if I was a member. But I wound up returning the XBox as you wouldn't price match (a bundle deal) and just bought it new elsewhere.

In less than a year iPhone stopped charging. Would not replace, help, give recommendations, just dismissed me. I went to Verizon & they immediately help me!

Most of the "deals" can be found at other outlets at similar prices. Also, getting rid of the rewards program was a huge disappointment. Also, have you been in a Best Buy lately?

The rewards system is a little janky as you have only a certain amount of time to use them after generating certificates. It's kind of a racket.
