The value for the dollar is great. The acces to geek squad with any of your set up or on going problems is perfect. I had a problem with one of my appliances and they got me set up and fixed in no time.

The last time I came in the store I was taken care of by Kalvin at appliance desk and he was wonderful. This young man took care of all I needed done on my account. The delivery team was fantastic.

The jury is still out. I got the wrong package to get the Apple protection, read it twice before selecting a membership if you’re looking for a specific perk folks.

The unlimited Geek Squad support is also a huge advantage whenever I need tech help. Overall, it gives me peace of mind and makes shopping at Best Buy a much better experience. The membership saved me hundreds of dollars on my appliance purchase. If you make large purchases at Best Buy, it is definitely worth it. The additional weeks it allows for returns/price adjustments is also a nice bonus.

Membership is definitely worth the money! I only got it recently, and I’ve already saved more than the cost of the subscription. It’s a really great deal, and I’m planning to take advantage of the other membership benefits as well.

If you are willing to get by the upfront cost of the yearly cost then this is a good bang for your buck membership. I feel so confident in buying things now since the 60 return allows me to test the product enough to know if it suits my needs.

This membership was included when we bought our new refrigerator and we have been very happy with it. We were able to get a better deal on our purchase of new double ovens and we will definitely be using it again in the future.

Great customer experience from the sales person until the installation. We had some doubts on regard the masseurs of the refrigerator we bought and the team helped us to do the right decision.

The membership is valuable for select purchases. I think it could be better if the price guarantee was longer than 30 days to be consistent with the Best Buy memberships.

I wish this had benefits like either priority queue or reserving TCG. Buying things like Pokemon is an absolute chore with scalpers and "investors". I just want to open packs, and I don't have the time to wait 4 hours before open because 15+ people will line up every day something might drop. Sometimes you can get lucky, but this membership does nothing to improve those odds, which is a shame because that would give more value to me.
