I was told I would be alerted if my purchase received a price drop and I wasn't. When I wrote an email to the person who sold me the computer, it's been over a week and I still haven't had a reply.

Purchasing the membership paid for itself within the first transaction!! We have peace of mind knowing that time period for exchanges (or refunds) is extended. The “Blue Shirt” salesperson explained everything and was easy to purchase membership. We highly recommend getting an upgraded membership. You’ll thank yourself for it, as we sure did!!!!!
