Customer service is much more accessible than Home Depot. Since starting this membership, I stopped buying all of my appliances from Home Depot and now purchase all of my appliances from Best Buy.

Received a call the next day (Saturday) the unit could not be installed the next Friday. That was unacceptable as no one was going to be available at the installation site for another 7 days. I found out that this was an ongoing situation with TV installations and other products as well.
