Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Buy sales members stated that if I buy the upgraded annual membership, I would receive a $50 credit that I could use the next time I purchased merchandise from Best Buy. I went into the store a couple of weeks later to purchase a TV wall mount and tried to use the promised $50 credit towards the purchase, but they said that the credit had not shown up in their system yet, and that I'd have to wait for an email from their corporate HQ before I could use the credit. It's been 4 weeks since I purchased the membership, and still haven't received the credit. Their membership program is worthless and fraudulent.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Signed of afforded check out and wasn’t able to fill out the information on the computer cause I have my babies with me have a moment and we had to leave and got home to do it. I was told I could do the Home got home to do it and couldn’t figure it out. You’re supposed to get 60 day. Return with this and try to return a cooler I bought on the 15th day and was told no and that I didn’t have. The Best Buy plus I guess but I signed up for or ask her to check out not sure what the problem is, but not very satisfied.
