The sales person told us that it was free that day only and insisted on adding it to our purchase. We double checked before paying for our purchase that it was free. Then the 50.00 charge showed up on the bill. It was hidden among all of the other items that we purchased. When they called to tell us that they could not install our items, we cancelled the whole thing and received a refund. Of course, best buy kept the 50.00 for the free membership.
