Ive been shopping at Best Buy for several years. They have always handled any complaints or returns quickly or replaced broken items with out a question.

I only used this once and they tried to prevent me from using it because of a loophole. BestBuy was a nightmare trying to cancel this. They attached the membership to an email that I had not used in 20 years instead of my current email that I told them to use. They were supposed to consolidate my accounts and cancel the membership but did not. I was unaware that they did not do what they said they'd do so I got charged the $50 membership for this along with 2 late fees of $40 each before I was notified. When asked to refund, they only refunded a portion, leaving me to cover the late fees because they would not refund the full amount.

Bought this to get potential exclusive drop access. I happened to get exclusive drop access for an item I wanted and it's not available to ship or pick up in store. It's a complete waste of money with bait and switch tatics on the drops. Why give out access to drops when there isn't anything to buy the second the drop starts?

The membership is a real deal and the membership prices are amazing than other platforms.

horrendous, I was ensured that even though Best Buy had to cancel the geek squad installation that I woulid be made whole due to me needing to pay a 3rd party to pick up the television and installing it.... They have not in any way shape or form made this right. They told me they would call me back and never did. They cancelled my order 4 times!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Terrible customer service. I can’t believe how awful I was treated. They were so unhelpful with my return. Wouldn’t even offer help to bring in my tv I had to return because it was having defects. I was made to feel as if I was doing something wrong and was treated very poorly because I had to return my tv. Never going Back to the Best Buy in Salem OR. HIGHLY disappointed.

Membership is great. You get a discount on most items. First thing I bought it gave me $100 off so it paid for itself.

The extra time to return items is the best. It's also nice to get price adjustments
