No one care about your business and they didn't care the place get a bad review? Don't get it , Trying not to say any name, bcuz not fair for someone lose their jobs . Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Membership forced on me because it was the only way I could return an open box buy after 2 weeks since it was as an appliance that required professional installation and would take more than 2 weeks to see if it even work. Drove an hour for an open box buy that was supposed to be in “good” functional condition to find half the parts missing. Store associate said support might help with parts so I bought it. He said price was low because of missing parts but another Best Buy had the exact same cooktop for the exact same price so that seems unlikely. Support told me my only option was return it or deal with it. I go to Best Buy because they are reputable. I did not expect open box experience to be a bait and switch dump job for the store to offload their garbage. Will be buying my appliances somewhere else.
