I was definitely skeptical about this being set at $50, but it’s only been 1 month, and I’ve gotten $100 back in rewards already, that in of itself allowed me to pick up a brand new pair of Air Pods Pro 2nd Gen, they retail at $249.99 , but since I’m a part of this membership , we get notifications about deals instantly! So the price drop went to $190! $60 off just casually is amazing, and that’s before applying my $100 rewards I earned / Grand total spent for a $250+ headphones for less than $95.

I had the best time with MICHAEL. He was very informative, he didn't rush me and answered every question I had. It is because of him that I have no problem coming back! My husband came with me and MICHAEL was sure to make him informed as well. He was polite and made me feel like we were the only people in the store for the time we were there! Although initially skeptical, this membership was very helpful. I had some issues after my TV was expertly set up that impacted my being able to watch the TV. Although the fault was with my provider, the Geek Squad came and fixed it. Because of my membership, not only did I get a prompt response, but I did not incur any further charges.

I was surprised at all the benefits available through this membership. With 4 kids and busy jobs, this helps protect our technology and give us peace of mind with all electronics in our home. Staff is patient and takes time to explain our benefits and options.

Haven’t had to use the purchase but I’m confident that this is a value at this time of being charged for every thing to the maximum benefit of the seller.

I think this is well worth extra insurance especially If I have several TVs, iPhones, and now car audio.

If you got to best buy often enough then id say its worth for occasional discounts

Probably good for people who buy alot of electronics. Purchased a new TV and normally don't ever buy these kind of extra protection but when the salesman told us that if we did not use it at all during the year... that at the end of the year it would be refunded in full to us. He said it was a no lose situation, so we purchased it. We have not used it at all so I am looking forward to it being refunded in November.

I like the option of unlimited Geek Squad support. They are great. Also like when we are getting protection plans on our purchases.

I was hesitant but I ended up getting a $50 rewards points when purchasing due to a BB credit card offer. So effectively a free 1 year trial. I like the 60 day price matching, but other than that, I'm not sure if I will renew yet.

The membership is amazing. I am always sick in advantage of the discounts. Don’t know too many stores that are doing stuff like this perfect for the holidays.
