I purchased the My Best Buy Plus™ Yearly Membership as an in-store sales pitch add-on. In theory its beneficial but suddenly, I stopped going to my local best buy (sales people were no longer as knowledgeable as before (same thing happening in Home Depot). So I didnt end up using any benefits. It is also cheaper now than it was when I paid. :(

Worth for the free shipping, you’ll save it after a couple buys and get discounts to boot

This product is amazing! I purchased an HP computer and with this service I was alowed a 60 day return policy. As part of this, I was able to obtain a lower price on the computer if it ever went on sale. The item 17-dd0013dx went on sale for $450 lower than what I paid a mere 5 weeks prior and with relative ease, Best Buy credited me the full amount for the computer. No hassle, no complaining no nothing. SIMPLE!

It has the right amount of bass for my living room. And doesn’t take up too much space.

At first, when I was offered the Best Buy Plus yearly membership, I was like "this is a gimmick" but I realized that after seeing the offers and rewards that have been offered, I was excited about the program and I'm very happy that I subscribed. There's no bait and switch, just good offers and support on everything that Best Buy has to offer.

It was amazing it came to me without any problem and fully sealed.

Love the access to discounts and great deals on so many items! Highly recommend!

Works great does everything I need performs well and great battery life

Long story short, i had the program, bought a laptop for 2k and it went on sale a few weeks later for 1.6k. I attemtped to get the difference back as promised by Best Buy but was met with automated messages and circles of disappointment. After speaking with multiple people, i was told that it was initaited and i was to wait on it (could take 7 days). So i waited and waited and after being told again and again 7 more days i was finally told it could be up to 30 days. So after 31 days and an another hour on the phone, i was told it had to be done in store. I go in store and they’re unable to assist because there was a free trial of something that came with the laptop (never used) so they were unable to fulfill their promise of refunding the difference. I was told by the GM at 5425 Touhy Ave in Skokie, IL that I had to call CORPORATE. Obviously that has gone nowhere and after nearly a month and a half of dealing with this i would never recommend another best buy product like this to anyone ever again. If there was an option for 0 stars, i would have given that.

Game changer hands down. This monitor basically replaced two gaming monitors. I use it for work and gaming. Monitor was also in excellent condition. Worth it!

If you buy from best buy a lot, it is a great service to have. If you don't, it is probably not worth it.
