It is useful because the shipping is free, depends on the time you buy. It goes right away to your address. Ty Best Buy for this amazing customer service inside the store . Pretty solid. I wish there was a better way to track your offers. There was an offer around Halloween, "make 5 purchases over 50 and get..." I did the purchases but never got my reward. Other than that, it's been good. I've used some members only offets to save money multiple times.

Over the past month, I've bought two 77 inch TV's. Both TV's are great and the installs went so smooth.

I’ve already used the services several times and was very pleased with not only the services but the friendly staff that helped me when I went in with a problem I couldn’t handle myself. The membership is an excellent source to have. I recommend purshing it. Especially if you order from Best Buy often and seeing deals and able to get prices dropped before 60 days.

The picture was good but the sound quality was poor but my biggest problem was i paid $ 50.00 for membership and within 2 days i wanted upgrade to the 75'' and the price shot up $200.00 so the only thing I got from the membership was paying $ 50.00 more than the sales price, I also never recieved any notification of deals for being a member

My Best Buy Plus has had a plethora of deals, which is a good thing. The one thing that does bother me is that it was placed behind a paywall. I am a Best buy credi card visa member for over 7 years. These benefits were for the credit card holders free of charge. And now i have to pay in order to get the benefits that i used to have. The plus progra does help with its return window and deals. But it greatly diminished the value of the Best Buy Credit card. What once was a earned bonus now is something you could just buy at the click of a button. Sometimes less is more. Earning something truly make you appreciate it more.

This membership is amazing. I signed up for the membership on the day that I bought my computer monitor and saved around $50 on the purchase. This membership allows you to bring in devices that you didn't even buy at Best Buy for repair, plus you get all kinds of special discounts throughout the year. It is definitely worth considering.

Membership value feels average to good. The 60-day return is a nice perk, and very occasionally there might be a decent dollar bonus reward for spending on select categories. Most member discounts feel weak but they do occasionally drop a good deal or two that at the least makes up for the membership fee. Overall, if you shop at bestbuy a lot, it's decent.

Great value. My wife and I are retired so we enjoy the peace of mind this plan offers.

For $50 a year subscription, this plan could easily pay itself back and then some. I purchased this with an LG OLED TV and the price dropped after the purchase. I was refunded the differece. I did have to call in and request a price match on the price vs getting an email and being automatically refunded as explained by the employee, but still worth it. The standard price match is 15 days and this is good for 60 along with exlusive offers for being a plus member.

Recommended if you bought something expensive bc it extends the refund and return, from 15 days to 60 days
