My experience has been fantastic! Just built my fiancé a new computer!

I love my Best Buy Plus membership! The exclusive discounts, free shipping, and early access to deals make it totally worth it. I've already saved more than the membership cost in just a few purchases. If you shop at Best Buy often, this is a must-have!

It has taken me quite a while to get my new iPad set up. But I’m getting there. A HOW TO BOOK would be helpful to those of us over 80!

I purchased for $50 and wound up with a $100 credit. Also included a 60 day price batch which has already saved me over $500 since my purchase. Very worth while investment

I have used my geek squad membership twice now and had the same young man both times. He was great!! I don't recall his name he had dark curly hair. He was knowledgeable and very nice, an excellent representative for Best Buy. Other than that I have not had the chance to do anymore at Best Buy. I will be in soon. Betty

I bought TV BECAUSE comcast tele. helper told me my set was dead. When the comcast installer came he found out it was only a a pulled plug. My return experience was quick, cordial and my credit card was promptly credited. I always go to Best Buy even for ink replacements for printer.

Have not really used it that much, as I don’t do a great deal of shopping at Best Buy. The few times I have used it my experience was fine with no major complaints.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with a recent purchase; but by having a Plus Membership everything was taken care of very promptly.

I continue to receive information from best buy that is very good information i need to know

Aside from the initial discount that they gave me for applying to the Best Buy Plus membership I have found no value in have this membership. They cannot give any further discounts or anything that is of value. They cannot look up any of my past purchases or give me any information about my account. Not worth paying for this membership.
