I purchased a "65" inch Samsung tv, one of my best purchases I have ever made. Service was awesome, would not go anywhere else.

This is a really great membership to have. It serves for different areas and puts the customer at was to know that the products are covered.

I really appreciate the availability of my contact person James in the Spanish Fort location in Alabama. He was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. This membership assures me that I can get the help when I need it and that’s important for an 80 year old woman who knows very little of the tech world!

I like the discounts and offers I am given for being a member.

Current “special deals” are always a ringer for myself I’m prone to impulse shopping so sometimes I have to close the mobile application or I’ll end overboard on my spending

Sounded like a good program! Not sure if I'm getting too much additional value/ROI from it to justify wanting to renew again in September, aside from the initial purchases I made on the first instance I bought. Will see though! Have had mostly positive experiences at Best Buy, specifically in Paramus, NJ. Thank you.

I really don’t know what’s the membership benefits , not worth the money

If it wasn’t for the Best Buy in North Avenue in Chicago, I would have never chose the Best Buy membership. This is a great option to explore and to gain in buying an electronics. Thank you so much Jahari the best experience I’ve ever had in the store. Or any store I should say.

Lot's of deals on the little things you need, great when the sales start coming in and saving a bit more, highly recommended.

My son wanted to return a product but was past the return date policy. By purchasing the membership the return date was extended and we were able to get the refund we were wanting.

I decided to add on the Best Buy plus, because I was buying a big purchase and wanted to make sure I had the best protection. It also increases the return time frame and price match. The price went down on one of my items by $120, and they didn't hesitate to match the price. Well worth it.

I’m glad I’ve got this membership. It has a lot of things that you can use when you need support. Geek squad team and customer service are very supportive and get the job done pretty fast.

I didn't intend to buy this membership until it made my purchase of a TV $50 off. So it would roughly be the same amount if I bought the membership first, then got the discount on the TV. Ever since then I get a small deals, offers, bonuses, free trials (one of the best parts IMO) pretty consistently. I also appreciate the longer return window. 3* because paying for a membership that mainly offers small discounts (usually a few dollars, 10% max, for what I wan't) might not be worth it unless you shop frequently. I wish there was more so I'm not sure if I'll resubscribe.

The membership has been really helpful. We bought a TV and it went on sale within 60 days of purchase and we got the price match. The return policy is also extended which is a great perk as well. 10/10

It would have been a great benefit for me if I was you ger and always on top of the electronic gadgets. I purchased and returned membership because there was no used for me. 3 - stars for me for goving me the chance to try out and able to return with full credit back when Dissatisfied— True customer service!
