Ita pretty great honeslty. The membership itself can drop items hundreds of dollars at a time. I got a pretty great gaming laptop that woildve cost over 800 for only 549. Theres a lot of great secondary perks like tech support, faster priority shipping, first to view black friday deals and a lot more clearence and open box savings too. I recommend the yearly for 50 instead of monthly though. Will save you a ton of money over monthly subscription.

I Had a great overall experience purchasing a MacBook for my daughter. I had many questions and they were able to answer all my off them. I plan on returning soon to buy a TV next.

Love the new plus membership it helps me save, it gives me great deals and longer warranty on my electronics, first dibs on blackfriday deals and more. But i really wish we could get points and gift certificates like before.

BB - my favorite toy store. Always get good service with a smile from those manning the front end. Just the right amount of help throughout the store (Sierra Vista, AZ). The BB staff doesn’t descend on you like a flock of pigeons, but they’re all around, so when you need help you don’t need to search for someone.

Buying the membership with Best Buy is one of the best deal I’ve ever got, I have purchased so many things in last seven months, and I have no complain with any of the item. I’m really loving that I have saved $200 extra till now.

The only way I was able to return my product was to purchase this membership since the product I was trying to return had elapsed the 14 day return policy. Cost 50 bucks Not really a fan of this so far but withholding my judgement. There might be some silver lining to this but just dont see it yet.

I like the 60 day return. I havent used any other feature yet.

You people were excellent at giving me another pencil for my granddaughters laptop. It just stopped working. That was totally weird and my granddaughter is extremely good with her things.. She’s well old enough..

It’s a good company in Waterloo Iowa and I trust them when seeing the options of my needs at home. The employees seem to know some outline of the products or honest enough to check guidelines within Best Buy data.
