Great purchase! They did a price match on a tv and sound bar I purchased and I got close to $500 back!

The membership deal just makes sense. You get great deals and the perks have saved me many times. You have unlimited access to the geek squad so if anything goes wrong they can bail you out

Having the membership saved me a little when the unit went on sale, but I did not get the fullyprice of the membership back.

I love the Plus membership. The great thing is it gives you 60 days for returns on electronics which is unheard of. That way it gives you extra time to really check out your iPad or Apple Watch. You also get special prize in on some items when they are on sale the Plus membership pays for itself.

Ive already made up the value of this Membership. This is a wonderful membership that I continue to save with. I also get the most important thing, which is 60 days of price match. As you know, prices change all the time and being able to check the prices 2 months later and see if the price went down in price and collecting the difference back. The difference is huge and I've already done so and made a $128 back. Great membership!

I don't feel it is worth the money I paid. I rarely purchase big-ticket items and, at my age, I'm not into gaming, etc. We got "hoodwinked" into the purchase of the membership when we were told the high cost of a small refrigerator we wanted to bring into the store as we purchased another. We were told we could only have the old one recycled with either a cost or a purchase of the yearly membership. Maybe there will be something that breaks down where a larger purchase must be made, but to be receiving redundant notifications/emails about "deals" that mean nothing to us, it is just an added frustration!

This saved me so many time well worth it. If you shop at best buy.

It's great to have peace of mind. I've not had to use the geek squad yet. I do like that I get extra deals on items in store which is definitely a plus when you have gamers in the house.

Great customer service he knew his products and was patient with all our questions.

The employees are always helpful and take the time to make sure the items I purchase is what is need to resolve the problem.

The extended return window with My Best Buy Plus is such a lifesaver! It gives me extra time to test out products and decide if they’re right for me without feeling rushed. Whether it’s a big purchase like a TV or just some accessories, the flexibility is worth every penny of the membership!

I have a Best Buy membership. So what? The sales rep wanted me done as soon as possible. He didn't want to talk or share insights. He just wanted to complete the transaction and run off to whatever he was preoccupied with. I had questions. This guy? Sorry, pal. Gotta go. Thanks for your money.

OMG you guys are persistent! THE HEAD PHONES ARE GREAT!! I only recently started using them and I rated them 4 of 5 stars because sometimes they cut in and out even after they have been completely charged.

Gotta say that this membership saved me a lot of trouble. Bought a product that I loved at first only to discover a month or so later that is has a huge fault that ended up making the product essentially unusable. With the extended return policy offered by the membership I was able to return it no problem and it saved me tons of time potentially dealing with warranty shananigans.

I go to best buy atleast one or twice a month, so being able to save money and get discounts on things that I’m wanting feels like another W!
