I like the extended return time of 60 days instead of just 2 weeks.

When I brought my laptop and my notebook better because it wouldn’t come on all, they told me the warranty was out. I don’t know what the warranty got to do with it not coming home. I was not satisfied at all.

Has very nice perks for a reasonable price. If you shop at Best Buy I’d recommend it

I only signed up for the 200.00 off a TV. I have not seen a very big savings or a need for this unless you can get something cheaper for signing up. I will not sign up next year.

I am generally weary about these types of memberships but it is a no brainer if you do the math. It has paid for itself in one month and the extra return window is well worth it!

The membership is a good idea and saved me money on my first purchase, which was a dish washer. However, although I have continued to keep it active, I have not used it again. We have not needed products from Best Buy. When I do need to purchase another Beat Buy product, I will be glad to have the membership.

I had a decent experience with best buy so far the only thing I would have liked would have been a quicker time for a manager override but otherwise great service and wonderful employees

I went to buy a laptop that had just gone off sale, I purchased the membership and 3 weeks later the laptop went back on sale and I was able to get a refund of the difference!

We just joined the program and we have already gotten our annual fee back in discounts. I am giving the program a 4 simply because we have been members for just a short time and I want to weigh the long term benefits.

Great bene fits and perks with BB membership. Also, when you purchase something and if it goes on sale AFTER you have purchased you are credited the difference on the new sale price.

Clerk convinced me to get this Membership when I bought my laptop this year. I might go to Best Buy once a year so I dont know what this membership actually does for me. But I do think if your a frequent shopper you will benefit from all the sweet rewards this membership has!
