The membership allowed me to trade my purchase more that 14 days before and apply the cost to another laptop. I am very happy with the replacement that the membership allowed.

The prices are not bad with membership, and there are a few perks. Only worth it if you spend a lot during the year here.

I take this membership because a shop guy told me that I could get a partial refund of my laptop payment if the price drops in the future. So I'm waiting for that.

Purchased this because it helped reduce the cost of delivery and installation of a product. NIce that it provides an extra 30 days for the return window, but not likely to renew as I don't see much use in it unless purchasing an appliance at that time.

Regarding my Best Buy plus. The assistant Kyle I believe was very helpful and truthful which made me more comfortable with the subscription and I will be coming back with future purchases.

I am so glad I signed up for this. Did so when buying my children some new devices for college. Since signing up I’ve purchased a Fire TV and Apple Watch so in the Apple Care costs alone I am in the green. Thank you to the associate who suggested we sign up fir this!!

I would give a half of star if possible. I am very disappointed in this membership, I would tell people to not waste their money. This membership as done nothing for me snd it’s just a marketing deal to get 55 dollars out of you annually. I will not be renewing my membership until Best Buy gets there act together. My Final draw was the release of the new nvidia graphics cards. Best Buy plus membership are advertised as giving you first priority on newly released products which was a lie. I had the 5090 & 5080 both saved and selected notify me the day Best Buy added it to there online store before the pictures of the product were even available. Was online before 6:00am on Jan 30,2025 to hopefully be able to purchase one of these GPU. Besides the website having there issues Best Buy allowed BOTS to buy up every bit of stock in there inventory. Over 24hrs later I still have not received an email about there release nor got any kind of Exclusive access like you guys claimed to give when I signed up. So at this point Best Buy is falsely advertising there Best Buy plus memberships! I spend a good amount of money at Best Buy locations and Best Buy online. This has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and definitely gonna take my business elsewhere unless best buy can get there act together and rectify the issues and concerns from there customers.

The membership pays for itself day one. Provides extra layers for returns n gifts etc. The value is amazing for perks n redeeming rewards n price match

This memberhsip is aweseome ibjust joined to get some money back on a laptop i oirhased and it worked.

Love everything about my new Whirlpool dishwasher. I got the stainless and its great for not showing a lot of fingerprints and cleans beatifully with just glass cleaner. Total enjoying the 3rd rack on top. Ive never had one of those before and its awesome!

Quick and very kind attention. They explain everything in detail to you. Even if you are wrong about apartment, they help you tell you where to ask for help depending on your problem.

Honestly love the membership. It comes with its perks, and I always love the experience at Best Buy.

Geek squad has always been knowledgeable and got our stuff running with a minimum of fuss.

The customer service team was excellent very knowledgeable on the product and very easy to work with. Which made my experience that day so much better. Always preferred Best Buy because of their strong tech support and Brand recognition.

I feel a bit of bait/switch in that I was led to believe I was paying a certain amount, turned out to be significantly more. I blame myself. Then I learn the price matching on an item that may go on sale after purchase, like now for the holidays, if the price drops more than once & you go for that first price drop, nope you can’t go & get the difference after any consecutive drops. It’s a gamble.

Dollar savings on purchases within the first month of joining already have exceeded cost of membership.

I was tricked into joining plus was told it was free for the first year it was not Was told I can cancel at any time which I intend to do. I am not a frequent Best Buy customer and do not need to spend thirty dollars a year when I tried to cancel immediately was told then they would raise the price of my purchase Found your customer service not great
