I wasn't happy with the original plan that cost more than I wanted to pay and just wanted the security plan. This gives me a little more help and the security plan was cheaper.

The only thing I've done was to return an item and it was a worry free experience. Ultimately, this means that I likely won't renew the membership.

My equipment went on sale, but I was not notified. I had to call customer service and go to two stores before I got my discount. I have to say a manager in the audio department at Best Buy in North Glenn was fabulous.
