I bought this membership for the Price Match benefits which I used in the first 60 days to save $300.

I purchased a sony tv and receiver and Brett Hartigan at the Downers Grove store and he was great! He helped in both purchases explaining everything thoroughly! I definitely will refer people to Brett!

I see the point, just wish I didn't have to purchase a membership to basically get what I already had with Best Buy Rewards. Do like the website and use best buy for most of my electronics, very convenient in that aspect

I have only made one purchase so far. I believe if you frequently purchase from Best Buy I’ve membership is a nice added bonus! I like the birthday bonus!

Provided additional discounts on the appliances I bought that more than paid for the membership and I got enough rewards to treat myself to some extra gifts.

Not used and hope i never need to! Love that anything i purchase while i have this is covered.

The membership helps get price match for longer duration and I was fortunate that I bought the membership. I was able to do price match on 2 products.

It would be nice if android was included in service repairs not just iphone but other than that nice knowing theres a team you can speak to regarding products and information on other coverage perks.

Best deal to extend return window. Totally worth it if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy. Additional bonus is member deals...but I haven't found anything yet that suits me

My membership paid for itself with my first purchase. I was able to get a $200 stereo receiver for free using my points from a refrigerator purchase.

Really if it's worth subscribing to this incredible plan, you receive hundreds of discounts, you have more days for purchases at low prices, special offers to Best Buy members. With the purchases I have made, I recovered what I invested and I still have many months left! I'll keep shopping with Best Buy. A purchase that shouldn’t be thought of.

Great idea, I think a little expensive…sort of reminds me of an annual card fee. If others can afford it, it’s nice. Just too expensive for me

Overall the program has been a bit of a letdown. Most things I buy have nothing to do with the membership. Would appreciate the ability to get on pre-order lists for graphic cards or game consoles. But instead I’m stuck refreshing webpages like everyone else.

After getting several quotes to upgrade my laptop, I went with best buy geek squad which was covered in this package! I have all the benfits of 2 month return policy and price matching with a hands on technical support on upgrading! I just found out they do ps5 upgrades as well so I will be sliding by this weekend to upgrade to 4tb.

I like the peace of mind of the protection provided by the Plus membership
