They were careful and worked very quickly. Although there was issues because I didn't receive my oven range, customer service helped resolve the issue and I will be getting my stove before Christmas. I love my new refrigerator and I can't wait to see my stove.

Remodeling and building an entertainment center around the TV. TV is great has all the features and more than i need. I have a sound system that I'm waiting on more equipment from best buy to further enhance my audio sound

When signing up , I was promised 50 gift certificate “ kind of like it would pay for one year subscription “ baloney. After 2 years never got it. Called to claimed it and after 3 or 4 agents different calls and spending hours on the line . Nothing. No gift certificate.

I just cant say enough about best buys customer service. When i purchase at Best Buy im confident that i will get the quality help i need if i have any questions or further needs.

This set was just right for our small place. The washer and dryer both are easy to use and holds small to large loads. We are pleased with the quality and the price.

I warned everyone not to buy this menbership, because it's a best buy scam, you pay $49.99 to get some benefits, but when you go to use it they don't allow you to make exchanges or returns without charging more for the service you already paid for, soo don't buy it. You’ll regret.

We really like this refrigerator. It's counter depth, but I feel like we have a good of amount of storage space. The right side door has large storage compartments and can open without opening the full door. The left side compartments are smaller, but they still fit and work good for smaller condiments. I also love the middle drawer, which I have dubbed "the cheese drawer". You can can change the temperature on it for whatever your storing ... colder for meats, etc .. freezer section is spacious and I like the little compartments that up against the door. It fits frozen burritos or ice packs nicely. My favorite feature is the hands free water dispenser. Set your cup on the shelf, his "auto" , it senses the size of the cup and will then fill it without you having to stand there and push it in. Very convenient. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you have to really close the door or it'll stay open. There is a "alarm" if it's open for more than 30 seconds (?) so it reminds you to close it all the way.

Reasonable price. It was nice to have the extended option to refund my product if needed and a discount on my Microsoft subscription. Helpful employee, however, I wanted to change my email address on my Best Buy account associated with my membership, this has proven a big issue. The employee changed it at the register, but did not tell me I would have to still access to my old email account to verify this change. I have called or chatted with customer support now four times to remedy this. I can access my account, but I cannot verify my account information. Had the employee asked me if I had access to my former email address or told me I would have to verify this change - I would have created a brand new Best Buy account to attach my membership to. I understand it wasn't intention, but it has become a time consuming issue that still hasn't been solved.

If you shop a lot at Best Buy, then this membership is a lifesaver and comes in clutch at times. Besides their deals, they have nice offers and give you promotional deals that just come in handy. Recently, I've been buying parts to build and refurbish my PC and laptop, and the Best Buy membership has come in clutch with extended returns, deals, and much more. I rack up points and get a nice certificate, and I trust Best Buy with pre-order games and bonuses more than GameStop, which has failed me multiple times since 2019. I think Best Buy membership is just better, and I like the random deals we can get in early to get some stuff earlier that goes on sale. I just prefer Best Buy, and in-store is very great to sign in and pay for my items in person as well and see those purchases on the app. It is so good and great to use for future reference. It is a great membership for those who shop at Best Buy a lot and want that extra protection, savings, and deals. Do not get this if you rarely shop at Best Buy.
