Sales person was amazing and very help full but service getting appliances installed was terrible had to reline stove to be level with countertop and microwave and dishwasher were canceled 4 times after i already took time off of work we finally installed them are self not happy at all .

lol, my fault but the manager told me those with memberships get access to Pokemon invites, and I have yet to get invited to buy one, yet people I know that don’t have the membership got invited.

The system sounds great. And bought it on saleit on sale which helped. Nothing to dislike only like. use it for my TV.

So far it has some benefits. It is a yearly Membership and just purchased it on sale. I like the 60 day return while really checking out a product purchased.

Amazing laptop, the screen looks so vibrant and colorful. Runs everything super well and the 5070ti is crazy fast, close to my 40ti super on my desktop. Going to be using this for lightroom and ohoto editing great size nice and compact. The battery life is freaky good to!!

Jaden once again saved the day. He found the problem within minutes of arrival and plugged in the cords that had been accidentally disconnected by my cleaning lady. Now, my initial call to Best Buy was not handled correctly. The person took all my information but never told me to expect an email from Best Buy with a link that I had to use to pay for the service. Consequently, I received emails from BB stating my appointment would be cancelled due to failure to pay. I called best buy again and the agent got everything fixed correctly, and asked me to stay on the phone until I'd received the correct email and go it all paid for. Thanks to him, everything got fixed. The Chat Bot on the Best Buy web site is awful. It doesn't understand anything you are trying to tell them and eventually they just transfer you to a person. Very frustrating dealing with their website!!!

Love the extended return policy(especially useful if you're giving gifts), the exclusive deals, and the protection plans. Membership is definitely worth it, and usually pays for itself within a few trips.

I don't buy much from Best Buy year-round, but it's definitely helpful for when you're in need of a certain product but are unsure whether you should wait for it to go on sale. They offer price adjustments if your item goes on sale in the future. I became a member when my refrigerator broke down and they allow a 60-day return window so I can switch it to the other refrigerator I wanted when there's finally stock. Also, I was able to get the Plus Member deal on my iMac where I saved about $65 so I already made my money back!
