She bought it and then found out it wouldn’t fit her phone. The sales Person sold the wrong size for the wrong phone. It cost my wife over an hour more between driving and taking it back to your customer service desk.

Auto renewal is a con

Auto renewal is a rip off gimmick. If the service/membership is beneficial to a customer…they will choose to renew. BB should be above such shaky gimmicks

Great Value if you shop at Best Buy even 2x/year

And certain times of the year it is basically free with a purchase. Within two purchases of $100 or more, you basically get your money back through the savings. $100 headphones for $75.

Couldn’t get anyone at Best Buy to talk on the phone to answer if it was a HP or Best Buy warranty issue. Gave up after 3 days and sent it to HP and got it back about a month later. Not worth it.

Not every offer is ideal for you but are nonetheless a real deal. I have started helping family members get what they are looking for and build to my benefit. Will renew.
