However, their ability to communicate with customers when installing their products is poor. This is especially true when they use subcontractors. I’ve waited two days to have my TV properly installed and on both occasions No one showed, and there was no communication. If I buy a mattress or a piece of furniture from other companies,I am over communicated with. To work through the Best Buy customer service support function is an exercise in aggravation, and sometimes futility. I buy most of my electronics through Best Buy and being a member so far has yielded little benefit.

I've had good experiences with the associates in my local stores – I just wish that supporting what you sold didn't come with a price tag.

Great except forced auto renewal signup

Generally I just cancel the auto renewal and sign up again when it expires if I like it, but Best Buy said I couldn’t cancel it until later. Just an inconvenience that I didn’t need.
