I have been a platinum member for years before the policy change so I cannot leave 5 stars. Good value though still.

I believe the membership and its benefits are good, however I have not purchased anything recently to know for sure.

Best buy is giving good deals for customers. But we should have increased our return policies to 90 days so that if we are not satisfied with product we can utilize this option to return

Membership includes a lot of great Perks. It’s a must for people that love tech, but don’t know how to fix it.

I love everything about membership. Being able to return something up to 60 days is awesome. You can’t really tell in 2 weeks if you like something or not. Also, being able to have the Geek squad available to you is priceless. knowing that your item is covered is great. I would definitely recommend people purchase the Membership.

The associate in store lied to me and said that the NFL Sunday ticket was included for free with either membership plan. I stopped doing business with you guys for several years after spending most of my adult life buying every TV, Computer, appliance, etc. from you guys when you started the whole membership stuff. I decided to give you guys another try and even opened a $4,000 credit line with your BestBuy Citi Visa Card. I spent $3,000 that day because you only give the 10% rewards on the initial purchase which in itself was sad. You would think it would at least be one day not one purchase. So I go to try and redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket and then it says I need to pay an additional $258 for the package. I later find out the information I was given about the motherboard they sold me was incorrect and one of the drives I purchased had to be returned as it would be a waste as the board was not capable of the speeds it was rated for. Had I known this I could have purchased 2 of the correct one’s for the same price and not missed out on the 10% rewards due to your single purchase policy. The absolute cherry on top was the $800 3D Printer I had ordered was delivered to the wrong house… Unbelievable first experience back. I feel foolish for opening this credit line. I paid off my balance in full and I’m considering closing the account.

I paid for the service but have yet to understand what I paid for. No one has contacted me from Best Buy to explain what I recieved.

This has come in handy and has saved us lots of money. With our move to a larger home, we purchased quite a few things and the membership was definitely a plus. I definitely recommend getting this.

earbuds are good especially the multi touch controls only the problem ear sensors are sensitive need properly inserted in your ear for connections and app software unstable, hope next software upgrade would fix it

I went in for 1 replacement TV Marc your salesman did such an awesome job answering questions I walked out with 3 TV’S and a surround sound. Definitely be coming back thank you so much. Joe H
