All is excellent. The only thing that could improve is the handling of the items being ordered. The carrier needs to be more aware of the items being shipped. Some of the items are expensive and more consideration should be taken during shipping.

It worked out great from me. It gave me options to my purchase. I felt more comfortable adding this along with my buy.

Love the membership and the ease of protection buying electronics when issues arise it can handled.

worth the cost if you are buying anything of real value like a computer or other electronic item or appliance. Will pay for itself on the first use and then you have it for the next 12 months.

I don't think the $50 value membership is worth it for most people. The only real benefit is the 60 day return policy which should already be mandatory for all big electronic purchases.

If you love tech and find yourself going to Best Buy often then this is a no brainer. There is crazy good deals and more time to return items if you don't like or need them.

I thought the best buy plus membership was great. I personally dont utilize it as much as I should however I think its great for customers who shop Best Buy often

I was told about this option the plus as before I had the total tech but it was expensive and I didn't benefit from it but I like this option better thank you .

The membership it works in the case of a purchase I made gave me enough time to know that the scooter I buy it will failed so, i gave me the chance to returned the purchase

I purchased a LG dryer after comparing several models and it worked great. The store sales advisor helped purchasing process and recommended to buy “My Best Buy Plus” membership. We like the membership to save money in more buys and delivery cost.

Bought the plus membership for the 60 day price matching and additional ancillary benefits.

Can definitely come in handy in this tech heavy world but really wish this was just standard as a best buy customer
