Great way to honor your members. Really love using this every chance I get

The membership is useful if you have a large purchase where there’s a potential need for return. I haven’t gotten much value out of it otherwise as it seems it’s usually discounts on the lowest tier/quality products. Not worth renewing for me.

I haven't had to use this yet, but I'm hoping it's worth it.

The membership I’ve only had for a month and haven’t used it yet aside from my first purchase. I see very nice deals though that are sent to my email. Plan on keeping membership.

The poor coordination and implementation of calendars has been disappointing and trustrating. A delivery off a new TV was cancelled twice … with no proactive interest from a support person. After the second rescheduling option failed, I cancelled purchasing the TV. And, the Seller appeared to view as just anotherday.”

Fast, clean and efficient! They removed the return and installed the new replacement wager/dryer tower. It’s as if they were never here.

Lucky I bought the Best Buy plus plan and even luckier they offer it. Lost my receipt and was able to have copy of it inside the account. On all purchases! thank you again!

Big miss on not providing early access to more sales or product releases. The member sales aren’t standard; they start randomly throughout the week and end just as randomly. This means you have to catch it on sale rather than checking weekly.

This thing is great. Easy setup and transaction. Would but again!

The availability of the newest technology and best customer service

It's great having the safety of trying out items longer than the normal return time, plus you can always cancel the membership and get it prorated if needed.

I got this membership while actually visiting the store, I loved my experience and the customer service was amazing! Don't really understand what it all covers. But got it to save $50 on iPad. So good enough for me. If I live closer to a destination buy of probably get more use out of it.
