While this membership has some decent benefits it isn’t that beneficial to me. Did allow me to return my laptop after having issues with it outside the normal 15 days.

This membership is of great value, price matching within 2 months of purchase & ability to talk with someone if questions

So far it is okay. I still have to pay for shipping when an item isn’t available in stores. I was told I would get free shipping with the membership. I haven’t had a chance to use all benefits because I am unsure what this membership covers.

Love the extended 60 day return period! I have always purchased the extra geek squad protection, but this extra 60 days is an extra safety net. This has already reduced my stress & anxiety with making decisions and purchases.
