Tricked.

I was buying a PC and she tells me she can get me 60 days of being able to return the pc if I don’t like it. Never said it was a paid ANYTHING. I didn’t notice or was informed it would cost me money until I went to check out and noticed a $50 charge for Best Buy plus. Instead of tricking people into buying it, maybe just be forward about it? I kept it only to have the 60 day return period but it would have been nice to be told from the start that it was not free it was a paid membership.

I have saved more than the cost of the membership so I’d say it’s worth it. If you have a ton of appliances that might be in their last legs, I would recommend signing up.

The speakers are amazing best sound I ever had from a laptop. MS office 365 works as expected with no surprises. Adobe apps also work extremely well. Some of my financial apps have not been converted to native compiled apps but are still usable.

BB should give ever customer the enhance return policy and stand behind the product they sell. You have to buy a lot of items from BB for this to be of any value.
