The extended return policy is great. Exchanges are also very quick, and the staff is usually easily approached or they are offering to help before even being asked. They seem to know the policies available to members and encourage the use of benefits.

The main reason we purchased this membership was because it saved us over $100 on the delivery of our big TV. That alone made it well worth the price.

Bought a Marantz receiver for a big discount that I haven't seen advertised any lower anywhere else since its release but had to get a My Best Buy Plus membership. Haven't used it's perks so far really other than the discount. Hopefully there's enough reason to keep it year after year.

I was mislead by the sales associate about getting price adjustment automatically if the item I purchased went on sale. It turns out I have to notify Best Buy to get the difference.

We had an awesome experience shopping at Best Buy. We purchased a new Samsung smart TV and a carpet shampooer. Our salesman (wish I could remember his name) was great! The Geek Squad, who came to our home to set up our TV were very knowledgeable and helpful.
